This cost of this service is to inspect your carburettors for any damage prior to beginning the refurbishment. Any damaged will be discussed prior to commencing the refurbishment. 

Once they have been inspected, and any issues discussed including possible parts required which may be an additional cost, the Carburettors will be totally stripped into singular pieces.

They will be vapour blasted with a very gentle wet soda media slurry which is then washed off. They are then placed into the ultrasonic cleaner to tackle the inner areas of the carburettors not reached by the vapour blasting

They are then rinsed clean with fresh water, and dried with compressed air ensuring no water remains inside the carburettors

The Carburettors are then fully rebuilt using high Quality Complete rebuild kit, gaskets, O'rings and replacement float valves are included in this price along with return postage.

They are bench tested for leaks and balanced off the bike. Its recommended to check again once fitted.

The Carburettor rebuild will only be completed using the rebuild kits available to purchase separately from my catalogue. I will not use any other kits available.
