A set of standard, unmodified refurbished carburettors for the Yamaha FZS 1000 Fazer (2001–2005). Fully stripped, wet soda vapour-blasted and ultrasonic-cleaned, then rebuilt with new Viton O-rings, float valves, valve seats and float bowl gaskets.

These carburettors are refurbished, not brand new. They are supplied bare, without the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) or coolant lines. An Ivan’s Performance Jet Kit is not included.

Refurbishment and fitting

The carburettors have been completely stripped and wet soda blasted in my vapour blasting cabinet, then cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner to remove contamination from hidden areas.

They have been bench-balanced. Balancing them again on the bike once fitted is recommended.
