Carburettor Refurbishment Service Yamaha fzs 600 fazer

This service is to inspect your carburettors for any damage prior to beginning the refurbishment.
Any replacement Parts not included in the Complete Carburettor Rebuild Kit will require additional payment.
Once they have been inspected, and any issues discussed including possible parts required which may be an additional cost, the Carburettors will be totally stripped into singular pieces.
They will be vapour blasted with a very gentle wet soda media, and then placed into the ultrasonic cleaner to tackle the inner areas of the carburettors not reached by the vapour blasting
They are then rinsed clean with fresh water, and dried with compressed air ensuring no water remains inside the carburettors
The Carburettors are then fully rebuilt using high Quality Complete rebuild kit
They are bench tested for leaks and balanced off the bike. Its recommended to check again once fitted.
The Carburettor rebuild will only be completed using the rebuild kits available to purchase separately from my catalogue. I will not use any other kits available.
