This is a full and comprehensive rebuild kit that has been put together purposefully for when I refurbish and modify carburettors for customers.

Having worked on bikes for many years, and being a biker myself, I strive to ensure the best possible parts have been hand selected and that are of the highest quality. You can be assured that if I wouldn't fit it to my own bike, I wouldn't sell it.

The kit contains the following:

Main jet O'rings x 4
Fuel rail O'rings x 8
Air mixture O'rings x 4

Air mixture stainless steel washers x 4 (not pictured)
Diaphragm cap O'rings x 4
Choke O'rings x 4
Breather pipe O'rings x 4
Float valves & seats x 4
Float bowl gaskets x 4
Air cut off valve gaskets & springs x 4
Float bowl stainless steel bolts x 16

My refurb kits don't include replacement jets. for the simple reason, you shouldn't need them. After years of refurbishing the Yamaha fzs 1000 carburettors, I have very rarely had to replace the pilot jets or any other jet! And, if you do, I would strongly recommend only fitting original branded jets, not the rubbish you find in the cheap kits!

The O'rings and float bowl gaskets are made with the highest quality Viton.
