Dynojet stage 1 Carburettor Refurbishment Service Yamaha fzs 600 fazer upgrade

This service is to inspect your carburettors for any damage prior to beginning the refurbishment.
Any replacement Parts ie jets or screws are not included and will require additional payment if required.
Once they have been inspected, and any issues discussed including possible parts required which may be an additional cost, the Carburettors will be totally stripped into singular pieces.
They will be vapour blasted with a very gentle wet soda media, and then placed into the ultrasonic cleaner to tackle the inner areas of the carburettors not reached by the vapour blasting
They are then rinsed clean with fresh water, and dried with compressed air ensuring no water remains inside the carburettors
The Carburettors are then fully rebuilt using high Quality Complete rebuild kit and fitted with the dynojet stage 1 tuning kit set to dynojets exact instructions.
Further adjustments maybe required after installation.
They are bench tested for leaks and balanced off the bike. Its recommended to check again once fitted.
Replacement performance airfilter must be fitted with this kit which is advertised under inlet airflow.
