Any damaged will be discussed prior to commencing the refurbishment. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce they have been inspected, and any issues discussed including possible parts required which may be an additional cost, the Carburettors will be totally stripped into singular pieces.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey will be vapour blasted with a very gentle wet soda media slurry which is then washed off. They are then placed into the ultrasonic cleaner to tackle the inner areas of the carburettors not reached by the vapour blasting\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey are then rinsed clean with fresh water, and dried with compressed air ensuring no water remains inside the carburettors\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Carburettors are then fully rebuilt using high Quality Complete rebuild kit, gaskets, O'rings and replacement float valves are included in this price.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eReplacement damaged parts are not included and will be an additional costs which will be discussed prior to rebuild and may delay the process.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey are bench tested for leaks and balanced off the bike. Its recommended to check again once fitted.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Carburettor rebuild will only be completed using the rebuild kits available to purchase separately from my catalogue. I will not use any other kits available.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eTurnaround and replacement parts\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTypical completion time is 2–3 working days from receipt of your carburettors.
